Under the direction of Cuban chef Hariam ‘Padrino’ Ruiz Marti from our sister venue, Salsa Sudada, in Roppongi, Tokyo, the cuisine at La Cita combines different influences from traditional Central, South American recipes to modern Latin concepts with a strong emphasis on local seafood and meat.
